Advertising Policies

From time to time, companies and organizations approach me about promoting their products, programs, sites, or services. If I like what they are doing, I am happy to share them with my readers. However, if I do not like it, I won't.

If I do agree to write about it, I am sometimes compensated for the time and effort I put into researching and writing about their product, program, etc. I will always make this clear on the post itself.

Here is what I look at when considering whether or not to promote a product, site, program, or service:

• Does the product/service relate to education? Or does it affect a child's ability to learn (i.e., nutrition, exercise)?

• Is it of interest to teachers and/or parents?

• Does the product benefit the Latino community in relation to education, homeschooling, or homeschool parents?

If the answer is "yes" to any of these three issues, then I may agree to share it on MommyMaestra. If the answer is "no" to all three, then please don't even bother pitching me.

I do rely on my readers to keep me on target and let me know if what I write about does not appeal or relate to them. I value their opinions and will take their words into consideration for future endorsements.

If you are a business interested in sharing your product or service with Mommy Maestra readers, or if you would like to sponsor the site, please contact me directly for more information and/or ad rates.

Products submitted for review are not guaranteed to be published if the product does not meet to my standards. Published reviews will NOT be removed. Once it's up, it's up. But for the record, I won't bash a product. I simply will not write about/endorse it if I don't like it.

Sponsorships are also available for themed-post series dedicated to a special topic, as well as on a monthly basis.

¡Gracias!

~Monica
