Mommy Maestra: Resources to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in 2018

On Saturday, Hispanic Heritage Month kicked off. You may remember that the observance finds its roots in 1968 when President Lyndon B. Johnson first established Hispanic Heritage Week, and 20 years later, President Reagan expanded it to a month-long celebration. While the current administration will just ignore it, there will still be many events across the country to celebrate it.
